Due to the unique branding opportunity provided for one agent per zip code, we want to ensure that we are only accepting full-time agents who intend to make the most of their new brand with Mr. Zip Code.
You understand and agree that registering with Mr.Zip Code requires a three-year minimum commitment.Once we approve a zip code and assign it to an agent, it is exceedingly difficult for us to relicense it to a different agent. If you cancel before your third anniversary of registration, you will be charged a $3,000 early termination fee.
You understand and agree that you are not the owner of the brand or the trademark or the IT property of Mr. Zip Code. We are licensing this property to you and you have the exclusive and expressed written consent to use We Just Closed, LLC property as long as you are a current and active member of Mr. Zip Code.
You understand and agree that each zip code is independently licensed and operated, which allows you to use the trademark and zip code in marketing and advertising as you see fit.
We reserve the right to ask you to discontinue certain activities if it is brought to our attention or it is discovered that you are damaging or acting in a manner that is not becoming of the Mr. Zip Code core beliefs or core values. Rather than prompting an instant seizure of the brand, such discoveries would be addressed on a case-by-case basis to work with the licensee and allow the brand to remain available to the agent.
